Mr. Lucey’s practice focuses on representing developers of mixed-use planned developments, condominium projects, and other commercial and residential developments. He has extensive experience in representing owners and lessees of commercial, retail, and resort properties, including the acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate and other assets. Mr. Lucey’s recent experience has included work on the structuring of a multi-phased resort development, analyzing the feasibility of acquiring a large mixed-use project on behalf of a national real estate developer, and the planning of a major local hotel redevelopment project.
