For real estate, Mr. Lau’s practice focuses on representing developers of planned residential developments and condominium projects, and includes working with government agencies on matters such as subdivisions, joint development agreements, and zoning boundary adjustments. For public utilities, his practice focuses on representing water, wastewater, energy, gas, transportation, and telecommunications companies regulated by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission. Mr. Lau also has extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of real estate and other business assets.
