Mr. Lum’s practice primarily focuses on real estate development, land use and business law. Recent experiences of Mr. Lum’s work include the formation and dissolution of business entities, purchase and sale of commercial, resort, and residential properties, operation and management of resort and commercial properties, the negotiation and documentation of construction, commercial, and residential loans, creation and registration of condominiums, leasing, land use, subdivision and entitlement matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lum clerked for the Honorable Barry M. Kurren, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Hawaii.
