Ms. Izu is a highly respected land and water use practitioner in Hawaii. Her practice encompasses natural resources, public lands, ocean, shoreline, environmental impacts, Native Hawaiian rights and endangered species. She has been at the forefront of precedent-setting water rights cases. Ms. Izu’s extensive experience includes serving as a State of Hawaii Deputy Attorney General and as Deputy Director for the Commission on Water Resource Management within the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
